As a real estate agent at Torox Real Estate, you play a key role in our team. You actively search for new properties, ensure a perfect presentation, and guide both sellers and buyers through the entire process. We are looking for someone who brings more than just experience; an established value who knows the Leuven region inside out.
What will you be doing?
Active prospecting: actively search for new saleable properties in the Leuven region
Perfect presentations: organize photoshoots and ensure excellent property presentations
Personal guidance: provide tours and build strong relationships with clients
- Smart negotiations: manage bids, follow up, and successfully close transactions
- Collaboration: work closely with your colleagues and our case manager for a smooth process
- Who are you?
- You have several years of experience as a real estate agent and know the ins and outs of the trade
- You have a strong network in Leuven and the surrounding area
Commercial talent: you are strong in communication, customer-oriented, and enjoy negotiating
- You are flexible, evening and weekend work do not scare you off
- You have a driver's license B
- Of course, you are a team player, but you also enjoy working independently and project-based
